Tues April 23, 2013 Dickson Elementary 12-7pm
Wed April 24, 2013 Edgewood Elementary 12-7pm
Thurs April 25, 2013 Fairless Elementary 12-7pm
Tues April 30, 2013 Shaffer Elementary 12-7pm
Wed May 1, 2013 Wilkins Elementary 12-7pm
Thurs May 2, 2013 Woodland Hills Academy 12-7pm
**Registration at the Academy is for convenience sake, it does not guarantee you a space at the Academy
Please bring your child and the following documents:
• parent or guardian’s photo id (only a parent or legal guardian may
register a child)
• current deed or lease
• additional proof of residency (ex. current utility bill, pay stub with
name and address, or some type of mail of an official nature)
• your child’s birth certificate (or baptismal certificate with birth date)
your child must be 5 years old by September 1, 2013
• your child’s immunization records
Registration staff will make copies for our records and return your originals
Where you live determines which school your child will attend:
Braddock - Wilkins Elementary
Braddock Hills - Edgewood Elementary
Chalfant - Wilkins Elementary
Churchill - Shaffer Elementary
East Pittsburgh - Wilkins Elementary
Edgewood - Edgewood Elementary
Forest Hills - Edgewood Elementary
North Braddock - Fairless Elementary
Rankin - Edgewood Elementary
Swissvale - Dickson Elementary
Turtle Creek - Shaffer Elementary
Wilkins Township - Wilkins Elementary
Kindergarten slots at the Academy are chosen by a lottery
(Academy lottery postcards available at each Kindergarten Registration)
Lottery to be held tentatively Thursday May 9, 2013 at 6:30 pm in the Academy Auditorium
