Joe Ehrmann, founder of the organization “Coach for America” Joe will be discussing “InSide Out Coaching” and teaching us how to shape our leadership style from a transactional approach to a transformational coaching approach.
A NFL lineman with the Baltimore Colts for 13 seasons, Joe is a prominent national speaker and expert in the field of coaching. He has been called “The Most Important Coach in America” by Parade Magazine because of his work transforming the culture of sports. Additionally, Joe was named one of The 100 Most Influential Sports Educators in America by the Institute for International Sport.
