The Woodland Hills School District uses Blackboard Parentlink. The numbers on record for your children are used for call out purposes.
Types of Calls
The district may use Parentlink to notify you about emergencies, delays, cancellation, activities, or surveys. In all cases except emergencies and cancellations, only the primary number listed will be called. If you have more than one contact number listed with in our Student Information System, those numbers will only be called if the message sent is tagged as an emergency.
Not Receiving Calls
If you are not receiving calls, either delays, cancellations, or event notifications, please write to email@example.com with your name and number and we will enter the information as quickly as possible. You can also call the district at 412-731-1300, extension 0107 and we will add your number to our system as soon as possible. Or you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will address your concern.
If you are receiving unwanted calls in error, call the opt-out hotline at 855-502-7867. You can write to email@example.com with your name and number and we will resolve the matter as soon as we can. You can also call the district at 412-731-1300, extension 0107 and we will remove your number from our system.
