COVID-19 Learning Plan for

Students Eligible for Special Education  New



District students receiving mental health services through Wesley Family Services (School-Based) should expect the following supports:
  1. Classroom Therapists will update and review with families the Wellness/crisis plan and revise as needed
  2. Classroom Therapists will provide at least weekly therapy sessions via "tele-medicine." Permission has been granted through the governing behavioral health entities to provide therapy via phone or virtual means if this is accessible to the family..  All services will be documented in our Electronic Medical Record (Credible)
  3. Service coordination efforts will be provided via phone as needed to ensure children have access to needed mental health services
