WHHS Students Take Part in Hamilton Education Program

HamEd

On Friday January 25th, 58 WHHS students enjoyed a day at the Benedum Center that culminated with a viewing of Lin Manuel Miranda's Hamilton.  The students participated in six after-school classes and completed a research project and performance to be eligible for special tickets sponsored by The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History.

Buses were paid for by the Woodland Hills Foundation.  Mrs. Alicia Scaramuzzo applied for this opportunity and Mrs. Scaramuzzo, Mr. Jason Coleman, Mr. Jacob Krupitzer, and Ms. Andrea Sisk organized and taught the classes to help the students qualify for this opportunity.
