On Monday, October 15, students at the Woodland Hills Junior Senior High School interacted with National Book Award winning author Neal Shusterman. To prepare for this interaction, a group of students in grades 7-12 read Mr. Shusterman's latest novel, Dry. The students were able to ask Mr. Shusterman questions about his books and life as a writer.
This videoconferencing was made possible through Pittsburgh Arts & Lectures and their Author to Schools program. They even bought books for our students to enjoy! Thank you to Mr. Shusterman and Pittsburgh Arts & Lectures for this excellent opportunity!
