Pre-K Counts Registration

Please complete the the 2025-26 PA Pre-K Counts Enrollment form and the fill-in registration packet and bring it and the following documents with you.

  • Parents or guardian's photo ID with current WHSD address (only parent or legal guardian may register a child)

  • Current deed or lease or Notarized Affidavit of Residency

  • additional proof of residency (ex. current utility bill, pay stub with name and address, or some type of mail of an official nature)

  • your child's birth certificate (or passport or baptismal certificate with birth date)

  • your child's immunization records

  • Verification of Household Income ((3) consecutive pay stubs, or; 2024 tax return, or; W-2 form for 2024, or; SSI, or; TANF printout, or; foster care letter, or; employer letter, or; child support, or; county case message, or; zero income letter)

PRE-K REGISTRATION REQUIRES BOTH THE ONLINE REGISTRATION AND PRE-K COUNTS FORMS TO BE SUBMITTED.
