Device Maintenance Plan

The district’s Device Maintenance plan for Chromebook repairs is now available for purchase online in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. The $25 fee covers one student’s Chromebook for two accidental incidents requiring repair. Plans for more than one student will need to be purchased separately. Repair costs can range from $25 for a lost charger to $225 for a completely broken device. 

To access the payment system for this, log into the Parent Portal, click Forms, and then Device Maintenance Plan.


If you do not have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account, please follow these steps: 

  1. Visit the PowerSchool Parent Portal at:

  2. Click the Create Account tab and then click the Create Account button.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your account and set a secure password. Enter the Access ID and Password provided to you*.

*This letter was mailed home before the first week of school. If you need a new one, please contact the school building secretary to request it.

  1. Once logged in, before you fill out the Maintenance Plan, we recommend that you begin by verifying your Contact information and filling out the start of year documents titled “Yearly Parent Sign-off Sheet”.
