The district declares it to be policy to comply with federal law and regulations under Title IX prohibiting discrimination and sexual harassment, which is a form of unlawful discrimination on the basis of sex. Violations of this policy, including acts of retaliation as described in policies 103 (students) & 104 (employees), or knowingly providing false information, may result in disciplinary consequences under applicable Board policy and procedures.
