Parent account basic troubleshooting
The parent accounts that are used for Schoology are not house or run by the WHSD. If you have made an account and are having trouble logging in please try the following steps:
1. Most parent issues have come from trying to log in at the wrong link. Make sure you are trying to log in here: https://app.schoology.com You can always get here by choosing PARENT SCHOOLOGY on the WHSD website.
2. If this doesn’t work and you know the email address you signed up with…please click here: https://app.schoology.com/login/forgot
3. If you are not able to retrieve your password you will need to contact your child’s principal (or guidance counselor if in 7-12) to receive your access code to sign-up again. Please note that it is the same access code you received in the mail. If you still have the letter you can just sign-up again! 4. If you have NEVER set up a Schoology account you will need to contact your child’s principal (or guidance counselor if in 7-12) to receive your access code to sign-up.
