MCHC Mobile Clinic Returns To District August 4 and August 18

The Metro Community Health Center Mobile Clinic will be back in the district on Monday, August 4 and Monday, August 18 to provide important immunization services and medical services prior to the start of the school year.

The clinic will be at Dickson Preparatory STEAM Academy on Monday, August 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and at the high school on Monday, August 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The clinic can help students receive the state-required immunizations needed to start or continue school in the district. Kindergarten students typically need to have DTaP, MMR, and Polio vaccines, while seventh grade students should be up to date on Tdap and Meningococcal vaccines.

The clinic can also conduct physicals - including sports physicals to participate in Woodland Hills athletics - and a wide range of other health services.
